I have never owned an iphone, but I have always heard from those who do have an iphone that it is without comparison in the marketplace. My friends blind loyalty to apple has made me very skeptical of apple and all their upgrades, to me iphone 1-5S have looked a little like this:
While I do respect the iphone, and admit apple has been at the top of their game in creating innovative quality products; their customer service has always been something to scoff at. Combining the horrible customer service apple is known for, and this new bend innovation, we discover something that could cost apple a lot of customers. I am curious what apple will do to solve this problem. What's really interesting to me is that apple is charging between 106 and 129 dollars to fix a problem that is a design flaw and totally apple's fault.
Way to go apple, i'm sure you'll come back from this.
